I just want to thank Savannah and her manager for handling my transaction and taking into consideration how I was not aware of the business account vs regular customers return policy. I appreciate them accepting my returns as I did not know there was only a two week return window. I want them to know their kind gesture to override their policy did not go unnoticed. i went in twice in the past couple weeks to upgrade my siblings phone and my own phone, the first time i was helped by a-aron and he was such a gentleman, and so helpful! when i came in to do my own upgrade i was helped by regina who was such a sweetheart! im so pleased with the service here. i was expecting to receive a email or text so i could leave a review but i never received one so im leaving it here.
Great service! The staff were very professional and patient, explained all the plans clearly, and helped me pick the right one. As a foreign visitor, I was able to get a U.S. number and data easily. I forgot her name, but she was so kind—even wrote me some tips by hand. Really appreciated!
These guys are all right, even though they couldn't fulfill the service needs that I came in for, the customer service rep still sat down with me and check to see if my daughter's prepaid AT&t phone was available for unlocking. You put in the unlock request and we received the unlock code while we were talking about different plan options, ultimately I ended up having to go with another carrier but I will come back in the future. Good customer service is hard to find lately and this location has definitely raised my expectations!

i went to this ATT location and Mr. Aaron .E helped me and he did a excellent job. he was a very nice man . he waited on me as soon as i walked in with a smile . we meed more young people like that in stores all over anchorage. thank you mr Aaron
I had such an easy time going in to get a new phone after paying mine off. They explained everything well and helped me decide what worked best for me. Adreonyx was really easy to work with and did everything super fast which I appreciated so I didn't have to wait around.
Reginna was very friendly and solved all of my needs including a new phone number and account in a very short amount of time. She was knowledgeable about my eligible discounts, and saved me a lot of money.
